Summary of Major Functions:

The Regional Outreach Representative will support the efforts of the marketing department in promoting company programs and in developing a network of referral sources. The Regional Outreach Representative is responsible for planning and coordinating various community events; identifying and implementing marketing tactics and strategies to achieve organizational objectives; developing and maintaining excellent relationships with a variety of stakeholders.

Job Types: Full-time, Exempt (Salaried)

Pay: $70,000 - $85,000 per year (anticipated base & incentive)

Summarized Duties and Responsibilities:

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Represents the organization and its programs. Informs and educates therapists, physicians, colleges, coaches and the community about the services and programs to encourage referrals.
  2. Assesses the needs of potential referral sources and identifies new or existing services that can be offered to meet those needs.
  3. Collaborates with internal stakeholders to develop educational opportunities for clients and prospects.
  4. Provides training and support to referring entities to include in-services, conference presentations, and individual consultations.
  5. Develops and maintains a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face to face meetings, direct mail, email, and networking.
  6. Availability to work nights, weekends and the ability to travel with overnight stays.
  7. Self-directed and organized with demonstrated ability to work independently using good judgment and analytical skills while being able to work as part of a dynamic team.


  1. Bachelor's degree required.
  2. Behavioral Health or Healthcare experience preferred.
  3. Athletic background or history working within college or professional athletics required.
  4. Proven ability to achieve sales or occupancy targets.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Physical Demands and Environment:

Sitting, standing, walking, talking frequently, hearing frequently, seeing constantly, reaching with arms and hands occasionally, crouching occasionally and using fingers intricately. This position requires lifting/carrying up to 30+ pounds occasionally.

This position will require frequent travel which will result in lifting, carrying, walking and navigating both car and airplane travel.

Travel to EDCare sites for supervision and oversight.

Environmental conditions of this job include but are NOT limited to:

99% inside, 99% normal temperature and 99% normal noise as expected in a medical office environment.
